ABOUT THE PROJECT
Melissa Residence is an elite residential complex - a large-scale, rich and multifunctional infrastructure project. The first phase of construction includes a two-block residential building and non-residential areas. Landscape design of the yard and repair of apartments are carried out by professional designers of the country.
Melissa Group pays special attention to greenery and the environment in all its projects. For this reason, the area around the Melissa Residence project will be decorated with flowers, trees and shrubs. Fountains will be installed in the project area and benches will be provided where you can relax. Playgrounds for children will be built.
The project envisages the construction of a seven-block and 20-storey building. For the convenience of residents, the first floor of the building will include cafes, shops, consumer services, banks and other necessary areas for communication, fitness center and comfortable living infrastructure. The delivery of the first two blocks of the project is scheduled for the summer of 2018.
